Practical Shakespeare Workshops For Schools
Actor-led workshops for English and Drama students
Popular workshop texts:
Macbeth | Romeo and Juliet | Hamlet | Othello | A Midsummer Night’s Dream |
Twelfth Night | The Tempest | Julius Caesar | Much Ado About Nothing
Workshops can also be tailored to any Shakespeare play, scene, character, theme or exam text.
Bring Shakespeare off the page and into the room.
We visit schools to deliver workshops on site, working directly with students in their own classrooms or performance spaces.
Each session is tailored to the play your students are studying and adapted to the age and level of the group. Sessions can be adapted for Year 7 students up to GCSE, IGCSE, A Level and IB.
Workshops combine close textual work with active exploration.
Our workshops are led by company founder and Artistic Director Eddie Andrews, a professional actor and director with over 15 years’ experience performing and directing Shakespeare internationally.

What the workshops include:
• Practical exploration of Shakespeare’s language through the text
• Guided group work with clear, step-by-step direction
• Rehearsal and performance of short scenes or extracts
• Discussion and reflection to support interpretation and analysis
